PBS Learning Media provides wonderful resources for students and educators. Different from PBS Kids, a website frequented by many children for its many learning games, PBS Learning Media targets specific skills and curricula. Teachers can search by grade, subject, or unit.
This is one of the BEST Promethean resources out there! Click this link to access Promethean flipcharts for all subject areas, listed by skill. These are excellent for classroom teachers to use during lessons.
Click here to access the Connecticut Education Association's (CEA's) Common Core Resource Center. This site is full of articles and resources designed to help teachers make a smooth transition to the Common Core State Standards. This link is for the main resource center, but feel free to click on the mathematics forum, which brings up many math resources, all of which are related to the Common Core State Standards.
Share My Lesson is a great website for teachers, by teachers! Once you click on the site, you can choose any standard. There are many lessons and videos of sample lessons for teachers to use and look through!
